Theo McClammy Executive Director
Mr. McClammy was appointed Executive Director in March 2011. He brings to the agency extensive experience in resource development, volunteer management, nonprofit leadership, and public/private partnerships. Most recently, he served as Community Programs Administrator for the City of Chesapeake, Virginia. He received his BS in Political Science from Regent University. The Executive Director is to implement the goals and objectives of the agency - with the chairperson - enable the Board to fulfill its governance functions; and to give direction and leadership toward achievement of the agency’s philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.

Remy Stitt Soup Kitchen Director
Remy Stitt moved to Jacksonville, NC in 1977 from her home country of the Phillipines. She has worked in the banking industry, run a day care, and been a restaurant manager, but her true niche has been managing the Soup Kitchen. She has been the Director of the Soup Kitchen since January 2000 and continues to enjoy her work tremendously. She is married to Kelly, a retired Marine, who currently works as a Supervisor for Child Protective Services at DSS. Remy has two sons, Patrick and Phillip and two grandchildren, Brooklyn and Donovan. |

Jeff Bober Soup Kitchen Assistant
Jeff was born and raised in Bay-City, Michigan. He retired from the Marine Corps after 27 years of service. He is married to Laurieta and has three children, Jessica (25), Andrew (21) and Jason (19). Besides working part-time at the Soup Kitchen, Jeff works for the MCCS Warehouse on Camp Lejeune. |

Karin Hudson Shelter Director
Karin is a native of Sandusky, Ohio and finds herself a member of the Jacksonville Community for a second time. The wife of a Marine, she has been fortunate enough to live in some wonderful places to include six years in Japan. Karin holds a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and has a deep aspiration to assist those in need. Prior to assuming her position as the Director of the Homeless Shelter she had served as a Crisis Counselor with the Onslow Women's Center, a Victim Advocate, and a Case Manager for the American Red Cross in addition to various volunteer positions within the community to include Cub Scouts, Parent Teacher Organization and most recently as the Onslow Community Outreach Oktoberfest Coordinator. Karin has two sons who are the light of her life. |

Cynthia Pearson Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Cynthia is a native of Jacksonville, NC. She has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in office management and accounting. Cynthia has earned an AA degree in General Office Technology from Coastal Carolina Community College, Jacksonville, NC and has also obtained a BA in the Science of Management and is currently pursuing an MBA through the University of Phoenix, due to graduate March, 2012. Cynthia has one son, Eran (30), who is a member of the U.S. Army, and lovely daughter-n-law and two beautiful grand children, currently stationed in Illesheim, Germany.

Lynn Lewis Caring Community Clinic - Director
Appointed February 2012. Previously, Lynn served in supervisory and program management positions for a human services agency which provides therapeutic residential care to meet the special needs of youth clients in a supervised setting. Additionally, Lynn served in the United States Navy as operations officer, legal and division officer and intelligence analyst. Lynn earned an M.A. in Counseling from Liberty University and a B.A. in History from Texas A&M University. Lynn is a Licensed Professional Counselor and licensed teacher.

Andrea Edwards Medical Office Secretary/Administrative Assistant
Ms. Edwards is a military spouse who previously worked as an office assistant in a health care setting. She earned an AA-Medial Office Administration degree from Roanoke Chowan Community College. |
