Eligibility Requirements
Onslow County residents with no medical care, private health insurance, Medicaid or Medicare.
Ages 18-64 only
Migrant or seasonal workers and college students without financial support qualify.
Must meet 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
Clinic Hours
Tuesday and Thursday evenings
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Appointments for Tuesday and Thursday clinic, must be made by calling the clinic at 346-6149 on Mondays between 1-3 p.m.
All patients should arrive by 4:45 p.m. on the day of their appointment.
The Clinic can assist with
Non-emergency illnesses such as vomiting, fever, earaches, sore throats, diarrhea, etc.
Limited chronic medical care such as high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, etc.
The Clinic will not assist the following
Those seeking prescription refills only
With active Worker's Compensation Claims
Pregnancy care or STD's
Individuals in search of narcotics
Patients who already have public or private insurance
Dental and vision care
Anyone demonstrating anger, agitation or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Providing routine physicials
